The COMPASS Leadership Program is designed for students in Grades 6–11 who aspire to lead with purpose, confidence, and integrity. This program offers a unique blend of engaging classes, personalized coaching, and hands-on projects, all aimed at developing essential leadership skills for success in school, career, and life. Participants will explore key leadership principles such as effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making. Through bi-weekly Thursday meetings, students will engage in interactive discussions, collaborative group activities, and real-world leadership challenges. Each session is crafted to build self-awareness, foster resilience, and encourage personal growth. Students will receive individualized feedback and mentorship, empowering them to set and achieve meaningful goals. By the end of the program, participants will have completed a capstone leadership project, gained practical experience, and built a strong foundation for future leadership roles. The COMPASS Leadership Program equips students with the confidence and skills to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
